[pct-l] Judge suspends horse packing in national parks (Sequoia-Kings)

Will you replace all the help that packers provide for PCT trail
maintenance?  How many hundreds of PCT trail maintenance have you done so
far?  Surely you've done some trail maintenance if you're spouting off on
the condition of the trail.
