[pct-l] Definition of long-distance hike

A long-distance hike is anything over 58 miles 422.7 feet, completed in less
than 10 days with no more than two consecutive days off within that time, no
more than one day slackpacking, with only lateral movement by automobile for
injury or resupply.  Officially.  That should put an end to the discussion.
