Something to consider for next year's resupply:

The Castella Post Office has been selected for a "USPS discontinuance study".  According to the newspaper here in Mt. Shasta, the USPS is currently under a 60 day review of the Castella Post Office to determine whether to close the post office or limit operations to 3 days/week; written public comment is invited.  Ammariti's is still open.
