[pct-l] Hiker Trash (Literally)

If the talks at the kick off don't make a dent in leaving trash behind the
thru hikers, perhaps 
there could be hand out when they check in for the kick off.  Strongly
worded of course, enough
to make the people who are likely to do this think they will be taken off
the trail.

There is a lot at Kickoff. Apparently those that need to hear it either miss
those talks (which include the opening remarks) or think it applies to
others and not themselves. 

Maybe the kickoff could require passing a test before being allowed in.
(That was a joke.)
