[pct-l] Hiker Trash (Literally)

There is a lot at Kickoff. Apparently those that need to hear it either miss those talks (which include the opening remarks) or think it applies to others and not themselves. 

Maybe the kickoff could require passing a test before being allowed in. (That was a joke.)
