[pct-l] Hiker scamming Warner Ranch mile 110

Thanks Monty.

Besides being generally uncool, this could have worse effects in the near future as Warner Springs has been sold although the sale has not yet closed. I spoke with one of their board members this week and still no idea why it hasn't closed our when it will. 

Remind everyone their actions affect everyone including themselves either up.the trail or in the future when they decide to hiker our again or their kids, nephews, or grand kids hike the trail.

Hikers who pay for one day are not leaving the grounds when their stay is over. They pay for a room one day, but scam to stay later without paying.
