[pct-l] trail crew needs shuttle assist

I thought there was a big parking area on Highway 18? I remember  
seeing a parking lot and walking into a big party as I came off the  
PCT there in 2008. All the barbecues and coolers had been brought in  
to the trail right next to the highway and all the cars that brought  
them were in the lot. Is it true there is no parking there?
