We've been absolutely pounded today here in Sacramento, which is just west
of Boreal.  Heaviest rain of the year so far, so be prepared for even
heavier snowfall totals.  I saw my large plastic refuse tubs (garbage,
recycling and yard refuse) lift of the ground vertically and blow down the
street at elevation while all the garbage took off horizontally...went out
to pick it up immediately,  it was gooonnnneeeee.  One tub took a large
divot out of my neighbors lawn.

This is getting rediculous.
