[pct-l] Water Treatment

I'm not much of a Tweeter (Twitterer)...whatever...but, it occurs to me that
a twitter account where hikers could share real-time water conditions would
truly be a great thing.  Each tweet would have just the facts: where, when,
how much (e.g. "Dead-Man Springs 5 miles north of Jones Creek, April 12th,
Barely flowing, NASTY scum).

Typically, especially in So-Cal where water is most an issue, you're never
far from a cell tower. Most hikers have a cell phone and can get a twitter
app.  I'm not a thru-hiker this year, otherwise I'd offer to set it up, but
perhaps one of you tweets would wanna do that.
