[pct-l] section C tree report

This may be old news but for completeness...

Over the weekend I walked from Heart Bar CRHT to Onyx Summit, and
from Hwy 18 to Poligue Canyon.     Mostly the trail was very clean.
Here are the exceptions:

There is a 36+" tree blocking stock about a mile north of Heart Bar CRHT,
and a couple more blocking tangles of limbs up to 12" in the next mile or so,
and a smaller shrubbery item that is not blocking but the walkaround is
undermining the trail bed.

Right at the 8700+ summit of section C, about 2 miles north of Coon Creek
Jumpoff, there is another 36" tree blocking stock followed by a couple of
smaller nuisances in the trail section before reaching the dirt road
that descends to Predators in Action.
