[pct-l] Castella

When going NOBO, there are two options:

1- PCT will reach Riverside Road; make a left and walk 2.5 very curvy ups and downs towards to the SW. 

2 - if you've walked towards I-5 along Soda Creek Road past the Soda Creek and Sacramento Rivers and the train tracks, make a left onto Frontage Road.  2.8 miles; flatter, albeit a touch longer.  Go across I-5 at exit 724.
