[pct-l] SPOT messenger

Hi there,
My daughter hiked the West Coast trail on Vancouver Island a few months ago,
and also hiked the john
Muir trail last year.  She used the Spot on both hikes and I received daily
Spot messages from her as  to the
location she camped each night.  It seemed to have worked just fine and was
really fun for me to follow
along on her hikes each day.
