[pct-l] PCT Days date info.

I looked at Halfmile's schedule doc he posted recently. It looks like this
event would be right around the time us slow folks will come through.

Is it common to be able to hitch back or ahead to the event if you're
schedule doesn't sync to arrive in Cascade Locks the right weekend?
