[pct-l] Campsites and Snow Pack

You don't need anybody to tell you were the campsites are. You will  
find them as needed and if you can't find one, you don't need it yet.  
You will also be cured of that silly notion that campsites have to be  
near water or are places where you cook or enjoy lakes. Camping as a  
thru-hiker means sleeping. You eat when you are hungry, you enjoy a  
lake when you're near one and you camp when it's time to sleep.
