Dear Kevin

VVR is not a town. not expensive. There is a small store and a small
restaurant and a free campsite.
VVR home page : http://www.edisonlake.com/
The fee of ferry is $10 per person one way, $18 round trip. If you
want to save money, you can walk alongside the lake. It will take two
or three hours.
The fee of resupply package is $18.00.

near here.

The food I got from the barrel : http://bit.ly/elorsx
the store : http://bit.ly/dJrQvr

The ranger we ( me and wife ) met said " Be careful. It's a very
dangerous place!". I recognized his humor, because it was my second
visit. We challenged the danger. It was very delicious. The hikers
were very relaxed and very talkative ( So, I got a free English
hearing and speaking lectures ) at VVR. It is a very good place to
stay.

P.S. The photo of my facebook was at Thousand Island Lake, I had confused.
