[pct-l] Avoiding humans, snakes, dogs, push ups and trekking poles on the PCT

Didn't even know snakes had kidneys.  Now I now they do.  But they don't
have urinary bladders.  they piss solid uric acid.  strange, foul beasts.
who would want to eat them?
