[pct-l] trail angels: where do we need one that we don't have one?

I think Sisters, Oregon would be a pretty good spot.  No real established trail angels like the Saufley's, Anderson's, Heitman's or Dinsmore's in Oregon.  Plus, it's somewhat central.
