[pct-l] trail angels: where do we need one that we don't have one?

Trout Lake, Washington. We bypassed this resupply point just because it was
a long uncertain hitch and we would be arriving late in the afternoon at the
hitch point.

Also, Kearsarge Pass. I think you could do a small for profit business doing
resupply here, as so many JMT hikers would like a resupply in this area.
Housing has to be astronomically more expensive here than in Washington
though.
