[pct-l] The benefits of wearing pack for a neck injury

Dear Jeffrey

I have no special knowledge in this field. But, I have read some
scientific papers of the handicapped. The impressive evidence for me
is that when physical training was done at the arms increased the
density of bones of legs.

I think she used her muscles and bones intensively in hiking, then the
speed of her bio-chemical reactions were facilitated, and her neck
healed, since our  physical system is integrated. In other words, we
can strengthen the neck without moving neck, with the training of
other parts of our body.
