Hey, if my buddy Nei Ander Tall, had been equipped with a GPS screen to
stare at, well who knows, he might still be around.  As it is, he probably
went off a cliff chasing a heard of mastodons.  I'm sure he couldn't
accurately judge the distance to the cliff with all that dust and mastodon
dung in his eyes, whereas if he'd been watching his trusty GPS, he'd still
be here to tell the tale.  Extinction is a terrible thing, and so
unnecessary.
