There are many ways to offer rides.
 
1.        Wait at the trailhead and see if anyone shows up.
2.       Post a note of your services here on this list serve
3.       Leave a "note" on the trail either at the TH or if you are able to
several miles from the TH, so that the hiker can try to call you a few hours
ahead of time or whatever.  Or you can post the approximate time frame you
are coming.
4.       If leaving a phone number, a cell number might be better if you
have "texting" as that is sometimes a better way to communicate (better
coverage)
Just a few random thoughts.
