[pct-l] Canadian Border

Moose, 
I already have my Canadian Entry documents. I sent them in the same time I sent 
in my PCT permit paperwork. I haven't gotten my PCT permit yet. So no, it's not 
too early.

Subject: [pct-l] Canadian Border

Fellow hikers,
     I may be an over achiever here but I am getting the Canadian Border
itch.  On the website it says that applications are due no later than June
30th.  Additionally I've heard that would send it out about 4 months before
you need it.  To my question: is it too early to send it in?
