Right.  But until I hear/read reviews that indicate the new satellites have
fixed the problem, I would remain cautious before buying.  The low service
quality is why their satellite phone service plans are so inexpensive to
begin with.  One would imagine that if the problems were resolved than the
cost of the plans would have gone back to normal (though not necessarily).

I'm just saying.... I'd use cation and check the most recent reviews of the
plan before jumping into it.
