 My daughter would like to hike with me in Oregon (~100-150 miles).  I
plan to be in Ashland ~ August 1st.   Would either the section from 
Ashland (hwy 66) to Crater Lake be a good section?  What transportation
options are there from Crater Lake to mass transportation?  or what
about the section from Belknap Crater (Hwy 242/126) to Mt. Hood?  What
transportation options are there from Eugene to trail head and from Mt.
Hood to Portland?  I am also open to other Oregon options.
