[pct-l] Food storage in non-bear areas

Like Chuck, I just sleep with my food. Unlike Chuck, I eat where I  
sleep. I've only been annoyed by rodents twice. I guess rodents are a  
big issue on the AT but because we don't have shelters it's not as  
big an issue on the PCT.
