[pct-l] multi-use, UL road flare

Forget the road flare. Here's what you do.

Take your pink bandana and wrap it around the end of a stick, perhaps  
your hiking stick or just find a stick. Tie it to the stick so it  
won't fall off. Now soak the bandana with your alcohol stove fuel.  
Light it and voila! Instant road flare made with multi-use items. Of  
course, the items can't really be used for anything else anymore, but  
hopefully you got some use out of them before the road flare was needed.
