What is the best way to make a campsite reservation at Lake Morena for AZDPCTKO? I checked the San Diego County reservation website for the Lake Morena campground <https://reservations.sdparks.org/activity/camping.asp>, but all the sites have already been reserved (I assume by our AZDPCTKO organizers).
