[pct-l] Alcohol Fuel resupply on the trail

if you go with Yogi's guide,   it has HEET listed in all the places ou can buy 
it,  and 'warnings' like "last HEET for 89 miles, stock up"

i have found that guide to be very valuable.  maybe in long stretches you can 
make a choice to mail yourself some.
