[pct-l] Ride to the ADZPCTKO from the trail.

In '09 everybody left after the breakfast burritos on Sunday.

The kickoff is a nice place to rendezvous with people, look at gear and maybe the water report. You can pick up a California fire permit if you don't already have one. It's worth going to one time to check out the scene.
