[pct-l] 2011 PCT Thru Hiker Permit

You are correct Toby.
Last year we hiked up Whitney from the trail (via Guitar Lake) with only the PCT Thru-hiker Permit. 
Our Permit was checked by the Ranger the evening before the climb.
