[pct-l] helping out

Ok thanks for the input is there any way to get a truck into the 3rd gate
water cache?   Im looking for places with tanks in place so I can pull up
and top them off.  Wasn't really looking to leave a bread trail of water on
the pct.  Looking forward to the season already.
