[pct-l] Fw: More Poop Poll/DOGS

Yeh, my dog eats horse poop too. He likes it best when it is still warm and fresh. I guess if you were starving to death and there was no other option, you could go with these pre- processed veggies. Ask Reinhold for advice on this. Perhaps some of the UL hikers, who are also vegetarians anyway, could go even lighter.
Merry Christmas,

Well this makes me feel i need to send this message to you regarding horse poop and dogs.......... i live in Pasadena and i day hike mostly in the A/Seco a mile away from my house.... It is both a hiking trail that you can take all the way to the PCT at three points and horses are allowed on it as there are stables near by. Well half of all dogs you see are off lease either way ahead of their owners or dragging behind them. Today a youg spanial was following his owners and kept stopping to smell and then pick up a road apple and sped down the trail with it in his mouth. It made me laugh in one way but on the other hand poed at the owners of the dog who had no clue what their dog was chewing on................
Just a little tidbit here about poop and dogs............
