[pct-l] Eastern Sierra Bus Update

The Eastern Sierra Transit Authority is having funding problems and may be
cutting back on its bus routes up and down the Eastern Sierra (mainly
highway 395).  There are no details yet and they do not think any schedules
will change prior to the end of August, but if your hike includes a bus ride
in the Eastern Sierra area you should make a last minute check with them
before you leave on your trip.
