[pct-l] Minimal shoes

Marcia and I are both wearing New Balance Minimus trail runners. So far only 
day hikes, but we both love them. We plan to use them in Utah and Arizona 
later this summer.

bGot back from doing the north end of OR section A and all of OR section B.
My feet did fine with just the Spenco insoles, no foot beds. Probably
better. No knee problems either.  So I think either just the thin Spencos
for cushioning or without any foot bed / insoles is the way to go.
