Dear shelly

Very sad news for me.

But, paying attention to a good side, you will recover completely in a
few months. Please begin light physical exercise, for example,
walking, when the pain decreased. If you facilitate the metabolism of
bone of legs, the metabolism of upper arms is also facilitated, then
you will recover more quickly. We can meet on the trail this summer.
