That is not what I read.  All that response says is that the postal service
delivers any mail to the address on the mailed item.  That is there
responsibility. They do not enforce laws.  There response does not even
offer a hint of affirmation to what you have presumed in my opinion.  The
law I posted before does.  It clearly says that is highly illegal.  I can
not believe this is still not clear to some on this list.
