Dear Russell,

Thank you for contacting the United States Postal Service to find out if you
mail a package to yourself in care of a business can the business legally
open your package.

Russell, I have checked my resources regarding your inquiry. Mail is
delivered as addressed regardless of the name. Mail that is addressed to a
company is delivered to the company, including mail endorsed "Personal and
Confidential" for a specific individual. Postal Service responsibility for
the mail ends at that point and disposition of such mail is in accordance
with each company's policy. If there are disputes, mail is delivered in
accordance with the wishes of the company's president, chief executive
officer, or equivalent officer.

If we can assist you in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for choosing the United States Postal Service.

Donna
