Re: durability. We have used the NeoAir on about 650-700 miles of the PCT and also used it elsewhere. No punctures so far. If you get the 3/4 length (as we did) be prepared to build up layers of clothing and your pack, etc. at your head and feet to make everything level because otherwise your body is supported and the rest of you is suspended in air.
