[pct-l] What trail runners are you wearing?

Thanks for all the suggestions so far. I'll definitely try on a pair
of the cascaidias and the mindbenders. I've been wearing my
fivefingers as my only 'shoe' for over 2 years now, so it's quite a
transition going back to shoes. Everything just feels so weird and
clunky. Was also wondering how much larger you all bought your shoes
for the trail? 1/2 size or 1 full size larger? I'm sure it varies
quite a bit between people, so I'm not sure how helpful that'll
actually be.
