[pct-l] Shutdown

Oh, wow. I worked in an Americorps program a couple summers ago in Utah
closing down illegal ATV trails, as part of Travel Management. Very very
happy it kept its funding. I hate ATVs!

And of course it's good to hear the PCT won't be adversely affected either.
