[pct-l] tent footprints

I use it mostly for cleanliness.  The ground sheet gets wet and dirty
instead.  It's the only part of my shelter that doesn't go in the main
compartment of my pack.  But I have a Hexamid, so a ground sheet isn't
exactly optional, but I do put it under the netting unless I'm expecting
rain, and even then I'll still sometimes keep it under the netting.
