[pct-l] Deep Creek Detour

Unfortunately <http://www.pcta.org/planning/during_trip/trail-closures.php> does not 
mention the Deep Creek closure/detour as yet...
The trail conditions page for SoCal, Section C, does have an entry from 2/8/11 noting
the damage; see <http://www.pcta.org//planning/during_trip/Trail_con_SC.asp?sect=C>...

Hopefully both will be brought up to date very soon, with link to Halfmile's detour map.
