Yah, hippie hiker, and there was definately a hippie "happening" a regular
"be in" at the Ida Bell last year.  Still a great spot if you're too young
to know what a "be in" was.  Stoneman's Meadow, 9pm to 3am, all summer long
in Yosemite in the '60's.  But only in the tall grass.  What a scene.  Sorry
about that all my ranger friends, but it sure was fun.  Thank God I'm still
alive.
