There's no "imposing" on those who offer to host hikers. It may sound crazy
to you now, but Trail Angels absolutely LOVE helping hikers. That's why we
call them "Angels". There's a whole slew of them in San Diego just waiting
for your email/phone call. Start with Scout and Frodo. If they're full on
the day you arrive in San Diego, they'll hook you up with one of the other
