[pct-l] Food Stuff Sack size?

What volumes is everyone taking for their food stuff sacks? I'm trying to
decide between an 8 Liter or 13 liter.  Most food to be carried is 7 days
worth, as the 10 days (High Sierras) requires a bear canister. TIA!
