[pct-l] OT: place to eat to/from PCT

Esmeralda's in Ripon (10mi n of Modesto on 99, 1/4mi e of Jack Tone Rd and 
99). Generally mexican restaurants are: "ok", mediocre, uninspired or bad. 
In this case: excellent service, reasonable prices and above all - very much 
not mexican chain restaurant "quality" food. A mexican food Maxim's of 
Paris?? Of the 4 of us: none had anything that was less than a 12 on a scale 
of 10; and none of us were able to clear our plates, ie, generous servings. 
Highly recommended.
