[pct-l] Bikes on Trails & America's Great Outdoors

I've been following this thread about bikes on trails and also seeing  
this same topic brought up as a proposal to the Obama admin in the  
America's Great Outdoors initiative.

This initiative is asking us to weigh in on the 21st strategy for how  
to use and protect America's great outdoors  and they are doing it
