[pct-l] Lost GPS in Section R

I can't recall if I had labeled it or not. :-(

The next time I will -- try to get one both on the outside and inside the 
battery compartment.

When I was using a GPS from the National Park Service, it had a strip of 
bright orange flagging tape attached to make it easier to find in the 
brush. Which I had done that.

I was going to attache the lanyard to a mini-caribiner hooked onto the pack 
strap but apparently didn't.

Oh well, living and learn. And I didn't particularly like the software of 
the Garmin anyway.
