Yes Radar,
Andy's web side has good information on the "SHR".
I was more or less trying to find out if the cross country portion of the "SHR", since it is
more frequently hiked now days, is being impacted to the point where the route, more or less,
can be followed by following the physical impact from the increased use, or if a hiker must
rely strictly on maps.
In other words has the increased use created sufficient impact on the route so a hiker can
follow the route without strict reliance on maps and is the cross country doable for a 68
year old woman or will the scrambling be somewhat overwhelming?
I am a good scrambler....she is not.
