[pct-l] signing in

This is getting very old. I cannot vote. I registered, I gave a password.
But it will not let me in. I reset the password half a dozen times. I have
tried to log in using the upper log in button and also tried the underlined
link right after resetting the password as it tells me to. It continues to
say my user name or password is invalid although it talks to my user name
sending me reset instructions and I use the reset password I have just been
told to use. Nothing works. I have tried for 2 days to get into the system
to vote. Maybe more PCT potential voters would be voting if the system
worked. I see from PCT-L that I am not the only one running into this. I
emailed their site and have received no answer.
